KEREN® Lifetime Warranty

1. KEREN® extends a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of any KEREN® product, starting 30 days after the date of purchase, covering defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the product.
2. This warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
3. Misuse, tampering, neglect, accidents, improper installation, or failure to follow provided instructions will void the warranty.
4. Normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty.
5. The company's sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of faulty components at no charge to the purchaser during the warranty period.
6. KEREN® is not liable for loss or damage during shipping. Returns must include the original invoice for warranty validation.
7. The exclusive remedy for this warranty is product repair or replacement. KEREN® is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from product use or misuse.
8. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
9. Products not purchased directly from KEREN® must be warranted through the original seller. This warranty is void if the product is purchased privately outside of authorized channels.
