Does installation require drilling?
It depends on the product. Some safes use factory bolts at the bottom of the center console compartment; others require self-tapping screws and drilling. Check the drilling requirement and mounting method on the specific product page before ordering.
Where can I find dimensions and installation instructions?
Product pages show the dimensions and mounting information available for that safe. PDF guides and installation videos are linked where available. If you need information that is not listed, contact us before ordering.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from our US warehouse and 7–14 calendar days from our China warehouse. These estimates do not include order processing time. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Can I return my safe?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition, with all parts, accessories and original packaging included.
